Have you ever noticed: When people talk about expectations, they often mention disappointment in the same breath. 'I thought it would be different,' they say. From own experience we can also say nobody likes to be disappointed.

Meeting the expectations of our customers is essential to our work - but of course we prefer to exceed those expectations. But how? Every single time, the most important thing is to find out what a company wants to achieve with its presentation or what an event organiser wants to accomplish with its event. What is the goal?

It is only with this goal in mind that we set off and work on the details. We translate a trade fair concept into interior design, create spaces where there wouldn't normally be one, make an entire region experienceable in one day and we are in multiple places at the same time . The expectations are as different as our customers. German accuracy is well-known to companies abroad - but our InnoTrans 2018 story illustrates that a successful trade fair appearance requires more than just that. We will also tell you, while we are at it, why we regard addressing expectations to be a key aspect for the future.
